The fall of Soviet Empire, empty dreams about capitalist paradise and many greate SciFi films: "Star wars", "Mad Max", "Terminator", "Predator", "Allien", "Total recall", "Blade runner" and others. The Soviets cancelled the film cenzorship at that time.
